When and where am I expected to go?
All practical information will be sent to you together with the tickets, approximately 3 weeks in advance.
Can I book additional VIP tickets?
As long as there are tickets available you can order additional tickets. Up until the moment when we start allocating the seats, you can ask to be seated together in the arena or theatre. It is therefore imperative that you let us know as soon as possible. E-mail us the reservation numbers that need to be seated together at email@example.com.
When paying online the site does not refer to my card reader. What happens now?
Our online payments (credit or debit cards) do not ask for a card reader to make a ’3D payment’. You only need to fill out the complete and correct card details. A standard confirmation e-mail will be sent from our database to the e-mail address you entered while ordering.

Can I get an invoice?
During the process of ordering online you can check the corresponding box to let us know you need an invoice. The invoice will be sent to you after we’ve received the payment for your order.
As a VIP guest, where do I park?
The VIP parking places for Sportpaleis, Lotto Arena, Forest National, Ethias Arena and Ethias Theater are located on the premises. For events at Stadsschouwburg Antwerpen and Capitole Gent VIP parking places are not included (you can use the public parkings of our nearby partner Interparking).
Is a tailormade package possible ?
It is, but only in our theatres. We will gladly make you an offer to your taste for groups of 20 or more.
Are your VIP area’s wheelchair accessible?
Almost all our VIP lounges are wheelchair accessible. Our hosts and hostesses will guide you to the VIP lift. Those persons who are not permanently chair bound will be guided to their seats in the stands by our venue volunteers. If you need a seat in the designated wheelchair category, please contact us before placing your order as we need to check availability. Please e-mail us your request at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where will I be seated in the arena or theatre?
On the description page of every VIP Experience you can find the number of the stands in which the VIP tickets are located. Seat and row number are allocated in the order of received reservations and payments upon closing of sales. Therefore, this information is not available during sales. We have twice the same seat number, on the same row, but in different stands. How is this possible?
In Sportpaleis, Lotto Arena and Vorst Nationaal the stands have a double number, e.g. 118/119, with rows consisting of 16 adjacent seats in ascending order towards the middle of the row: 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 8 – 7 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1. As a result, the 2 middle chairs have the same number.
When I book a VIP Experience, will I meet the artists or actors?
Only on very rare occasions an artist will come and visit the VIP area after the show. Usually he or she will hop on the tour bus right after the last song. Should such a visit be part of the package, then it will be clearly advertised. In all other cases Meet & Greets are not included in our VIP Experiences.
